We think that one of the best things about Rypen is that the PRICE YOU SEE IS THE PRICE YOU GET. This means that you don't have to worry about big shipping fees and you can just worry about where you are going to put all of your cool new stuff.

We want to make this is as simple as possible for you. If we could, we would personally arrive at your home and hand deliver every single order, but that might be a little weird.

SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases may arrive to you in more than one package, and may come from various locations.

An email notification will be sent to you when your item(s) have shipped that includes tracking and tracing information online in real-time.

White Glove Delivery service: Furniture orders, when needed, will be delivered by White Glove delivery and may take longer to arrive than a UPS shipment. Our White Glove Delivery service will contact you via phone or email to schedule your furniture delivery, go into your home, fully assemble and set up in room of choice, and remove all boxes and debris.

Deliveries will be made via Fedex Ground, UPS or by another carrier depending on the overall weight of your order (we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses).

RETURN POLICY

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving it for an exchange or Rypen credit. Unfortunately, you are responsible for the cost of return shipment. If the cost of shipment of the good(s) exceeds a certain cost, you will be required to obtain insurance on the good(s) prior to shipment.

Any item you return needs to be in its original condition and packaging – we can't take a return if something has been assembled or modified in any way. (Items must be unused and unassembled, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, complete with all tags, instructions, and insert)

All returns must be shipped back using the same method it was shipped (UPS, Freight, White Glove, etc.), unless otherwise specified by Rypen. We will provide you with detailed shipping instructions, including where to ship the items. If you are uncertain about any of the return details, please email sales@rypen.comor call: 1-800-560-0554

Please inspect all packages for damage before signing or within a reasonable time afterwards if appropriate.

If damage is visible, you may reject the shipment, but be sure the driver notes the damage and contact sales@rypen.com as soon as possible.

Photos are often required and always suggested so that a claim may be made with the shipping company. We will file a damage claim with the shipper, pick up the damaged item or ship a replacement or replacement parts as soon as possible.

If the item(s) sent was incorrect, or defective, please contact Rypen by phone or email immediately. Please do not send back these items prior to contacting Rypen.

If any code or gift card was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact us and you will receive your refund in a Rypen gift card.
