Why We Love It

Parc is a collection inspired by childhood imagination and the essentiality of homemade forms—created in collaboration with Swiss designer Adrien Rovero. Evoking the archetype of a flashlight, each lamp of the Parc Collection is a playful reminder of time spent in nature, when a simple tube and piece of string could be used to fashion any number of creations. These makeshift things, at once naive and functional, harness the unique beauty of peeling an object back to its essence.

  • The Parc Collection plays with the proportions between tubes and the globes, allowing for a bold yet playful design.
  • Hand-blown frosted glass.
  • Powder-coated aluminum body.
  • Polyester cord to match lamp body in all finishes with the exception of terracotta offered with beige or black cable; cord available in black, white, beige, blue, burgundy, green or midnight blue by request.
  • Foot switch on cord turns lamp on and off.
  • 3000K color temperature and/or ≥90 color rendition index available upon request.
  • The dimming technology offering the best results is ELV (electronic low voltage) dimmers with reverse phase or trailing edge control, other dimmers can yield good results and conducting a test before final installation is recommended.
  • Handmade to order in Montreal, Canada.
  • Due to the handcrafted nature of the fixture, very slight variations may occur in finishing from one lamp to another, making each piece unique.
  • Production times on made to order items may vary – contact us for details.

Lambert & Fils

Founded in 2010, Lambert & Fils is a contemporary lighting studio that creates original collections and collaborates with emerging designers around the world. Preserving the bond between design and making, all lighting is handmade in the Lambert & Fils atelier in the heart of Montreal. Through its exploration of new design technologies, Lambert & Fils investigates the many shapes of light—meditating on voids, volumes and the importance of materials as a point of origin. These explorations trace where the unexpected meets the universally poetic, and where humility meets complex design.
