The Monique Outdoor Side Chair by Sika Design evokes the enduring elegance of Parisian café chairs. An AluRattan™ lightweight aluminum frame with a powder-coated finish replaces natural rattan cane for durable weather protection. The design features a tall slatted back with an extra-wide seat. Woven in a playful contrasting pattern the two-toned ArtFibre™ polyethylene wicker lends strength and flexibility to the chair. Designed for outdoor use in cafes and restaurants, the Monique is equally suitable for dining alfresco at home on the terrace.
- The Monique Series includes an Armchair and Side Chair in both Rattan and AluRattan™ for Outdoors.
- Monique chairs feature ArtFibre™ weave in a range of patterns and colors.
- Experience the look of natural rattan in weather resistant outdoor materials.
- AluRattan™ is aluminum which has been developed to resemble rattan and its unique shaping ability.
- Aluminum frames are hand bent, powder coated, and handwoven with extremely durable ArtFibre™.
- Hand painted to mimic the natural variations and color texture found in rattan frames.
- All products are handcrafted in Sika Design's own factory in Indonesia.
