From the beginning
A spark of passion
Rypen was founded with a humble, lofty and rebellious spirit. A simple passion to solve a problem: the complexity of furniture shopping. Until Rypen, there hasn't been a furniture destination that encapsulated the creation of a well-designed space—balancing custom furniture, curated brands and designers, and spanning all price points. Pricing has been confusing, office and home furnishing were different worlds, and a lack of service and support made informed decisions nearly impossible. We started Rypen to create an alternative. Through our holistic approach to furniture and lighting—there should be nothing complicated about getting you to the heart of the matter of furnishing well.
