- Slight irregularities may occur as a result of the handmade process.
- For regular care and cleaning, vacuum in the direction of the rug's pile; do not vacuum with the brushes in an outward-facing position. Do not clean stains with water as it may damage the rug. To be washed flat by a professional carpet cleaner.
- Most new rugs shed, and this is very normal; excess pile should be removed from the rug as it appears.
- Please note that the colors may fade if the rug is exposed to strong sunlight for an extended period.
- A rug pad underlay is recommended to avoid discoloration.
