Be transported to Paris in the jazz age with this elegant collection favored by proprietors of upscale cafes, brasseries, bistros and restaurants around the world. Designed for indoor use, the Affaire collection features handcrafted bistro chairs, stools and tables made with premium skin on rattan frames and our ArtFibre™ weave. These skin on natural rattan frames feature distinctive "tiger claw" marks which are created by the hand bending of each chair frame. For the same chic design in an outdoor-friendly model, view our Alu Affaire collection.
The Alu-Affaire collection allows our ultra-popular Affaire French bistro pieces to be used outside year-round. The aluminum frame withstands the elements while the exclusive Affaire design delivers elevated European flair. Whether at a Parisian bistro or a private patio, Alu Affaire ensures that the only thing you’ll need to worry about is whether or not to have a second croissant.
The Exterior collection marries the high-style natural rattan frame designs of our Originals and Icons collections with our Alu-Rattan™ and ArtFibre™ materials for ultra-durable pieces designed to withstand the elements. Every model in this collection is contract/hospitality grade and completely maintenance-free. The Exterior collection can be left outdoors year-round while preserving the same comfort and flexibility of natural rattan.
The Georgia Garden collection was inspired by vintage photographs of posh summer estates owned by aristocrats and British expats. This airy, elegant style made a picture-perfect backdrop for gathering in the garden with a Singapore Sling after a polo match. It also pairs nicely with coffee and a book, or champagne and a romantic evening. Made from ArtFibre™, the Georgia Garden collection can be used outside year-round.
The Icons collection features timeless lines and sculptural artistry inspired by an elite group of legendary Danish furniture designers. Nanna Ditzel, Viggo Boesen, and Arne Jacobsen each pioneered masterful innovation in rattan and wicker, elevating global standards for design. We worked closely with the designers’ direct descendants to ensure that every piece in the collection authentically honors an icon’s legacy.
Our indoor teak products are made using reclaimed and recycled teak collected from old houses, boats, and railroads giving each furniture a unique story. These items can appear with differing textures, repairs, and fillings adding a rustic look to the furniture. Our teak products are labeled with “Indonesian Legal Wood” which ensures that the wood has been sourced responsibly and can be traced back to the original sender at any time.
For three generations, the family behind Sika Design has taken pride in elevated Danish design and artisanal craftsmanship. We design each piece with sustainability and longevity in mind, because we're not simply designing for ourselves. Just as the Andreasen family has passed our traditions down through the generations, our pieces become prized family heirlooms that reflect timeless elegance. The Originals collection honors our legacy with pieces inspired by the earliest sketches and production designs from Sika Design’s origins in the 1950s. We've tastefully updated these concepts for ultimate comfort and enduring style.
Our outdoor teak tables and benches are made using plantation-grown teak marked with the Indonesian “Legal Wood” stamp. This teak sourcing is overseen by the Indonesian government, making sure that no tree too immature or too small, is removed from the forest. The teak wood's natural oil content makes our teak products very durable and resistant to the outdoor elements. Teak furniture develops a lovely patina over time when exposed to the elements and can be maintained and cleaned with optional teak care products we offer.
